2.0 TDI.
The Passat range now offers the choice of two powerful and efficient turbo diesel TDI engines. Volkswagen’s cutting-edge Pumpe-Düse technology injects fuel with great speed and precision under incredibly high pressure. This produces an even more powerful, efficient and clean burning engine with the entry level TDI producing 103kW of power and 320 Nm of torque from only 1,750 rpm and the more powerful TDI Passat producing 125kW of power and 350 Nm of Torque. |

Economy
The flexibility is remarkable while fuel consumption (6.6 litres per 100 km* – combined cycle 103kW Sedan) adds even more appeal to the Passat. With its 6-speed Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) transmission you’ll find your love of driving is fast becoming a passion. |

Safety Features
As with all Passat models, the 2.0 TDI has responsive electro-mechanical power assisted steering. This, together with running gear that features a compact MacPherson strut front axle and a 4-link independent rear axle means there’s plenty of compensation for any unevenness in the road. This is another reassuring safety feature. |
